I love very hot Buffalo Wings. I'm tired of doing them in the oven as they stick, even on a new Cookie Sheet and half of the wing is lost. I found a person on the internet that bakes them in a convection oven with no mess or lost of food. I found the Fagor oven when i did a search for table top convection ovens. Its very easy to use. Cooks food as perfect as you can get without a mess and in less time. I've made french fries, buffalo wings, and a pork tenderloin so far. No grease, fat or oils used. Its well made and very easy to clean. Large enough to do a small turkey. I wish bought one years ago.
